Carl Angeloff

Carl is a cybersecurity leader with extensive experience helping organizations develop security strategies, manage risk, and align cybersecurity investments with business objectives. He works closely with CISOs and executive leadership teams to identify priorities, develop strategic roadmaps, and address evolving cybersecurity challenges. He has a proven track record of leading complex cybersecurity initiatives from strategy through execution.

Throughout his career, Carl has served as an interim CISO for multiple healthcare organizations and led cybersecurity initiatives spanning strategy, risk management, compliance, security operations, and technology implementation. He has deep experience with industry frameworks and standards including NIST CSF, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and HIPAA.

Today, Carl focuses on client and account leadership, helping organizations translate complex cybersecurity challenges into actionable strategies while serving in a leadership role across SRA’s cybersecurity consulting practice.
