Matt specializes in cloud security and is the leader of SRA’s configuration and security program assessment services across Azure, AWS, and GCP. With over five years of experience delivering these assessments, he brings deep expertise and industry insights when reviewing cloud environments. In addition to his assessment work, Matt has hands-on experience in designing and engineering secure cloud environments. Prior to focusing on cloud security, Matt concentrated on the engineering and implementation of security technologies, including network firewalls, Network Access Control (NAC), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), and User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA). Matt has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, financial services, and consumer products. He holds advanced certifications from each of the major cloud providers—nine from Azure, three from GCP, and one from AWS. Matt is also an experienced speaker, having presented at national conferences such as H-ISAC, HIMSS, and Palo Alto Ignite.

As the Chief Marketing Officer at Security Risk Advisors (SRA), Joe specializes in fostering partnerships with leading technology companies such as Microsoft, Cribl, Amazon, and Google. A former Microsoft leader, Joe played a pivotal role in driving the growth of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services and shaping the product roadmaps for Defender Experts. At SRA, Joe is dedicated to enhancing the company’s services, refining Microsoft collateral, and building strong connections within the engineering community to deliver innovative security solutions.
